Moegsiena Ishmail Attorneys Incorporated is a one-hundred percent female black-owned property law firm established in 2020 by its founder and managing director, Moegsiena Ishmail, an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa. Moegsiena Ishmail Attorneys aims to bring affordable yet qualitative legal services to clients.

Experience is based on time spent, not years, and so, whilst our firm is young, our operations and management are very experienced. Moegsiena Ishmail practiced as the head of correspondent conveyancing at one of the largest property law firms in South Africa and was also the operations manager for the bond cancellations department at the firm. Moegsiena is expertly skilled in client relations management, mortgage bond registrations, property transfers, sectional title registration and bond cancellations.

Moegsiena has worked with major banks such as ABSA, Standard Bank and First National Bank and has continued to deliver within the stipulated timelines of Service Level Agreements outlined by the banks. With our ability to create tailor-made solutions for our clients, our goal is to grow Moegsiena Ishmail Attorneys into arguably one of the largest property firms in the Western Cape, with a well-established reputation for providing excellent service, adaptability, and uniqueness.

Not only do we strive in the way of excellent services, but we also aim to develop up and coming black-owned businesses. We continually push boundaries to venture beyond conventional legal thinking and strive to change the concept of being a traditional lawyer.
